The MA starts in the winter semester of every second academic year.
A total of one hundred and twenty (120) credits (ECTS) are required for the award of the MA.
Class attendance is mandatory. The maximum number of absences per course is 30% of the total number of lectures. In case the maximum number of absences is exceeded, the student is withdrawn from the course after a reasoned recommendation of the MA Coordinating Committee, which gives its opinion to the Departmental Assembly.
During their studies, postgraduate students are required to attend and successfully complete postgraduate courses, fulfill research/practical obligations, and complete a postgraduate thesis.
The courses are taught in person. In any case, distance learning cannot exceed thirty-five percent (35%) of the total lecture hours.
All courses are organised in semesters and have a weekly three-hour duration. They are conducted in Greek, or, subject to approval by the MA Coordinating Committee, in English.
